Who it’s for
Development teams and tech leads who want to learn by doing — and want to leave the workshop with something they can actually use in their day-to-day work.
These workshops work particularly well when a team wants to develop a shared skill, experiment with a different way of working, or tackle a real problem together.
What’s covered
Mob programming, TDD, code quality, software development practices, Agile ways of working, and technical coaching.
The focus is on hands-on practice, using your team’s actual codebase where relevant, or practical exercises designed around the topic, rather than a set of slides. Depending on what the team needs, that might mean coding dojos, pairing and mobbing exercises, short talks, or structured retrospectives.
The workshop is adapted to the team rather than delivered as a fixed course. We’ll spend most of the time doing the work: writing code, trying things out, reflecting on what happened, and figuring out what might work in your day-to-day environment.
The goal isn’t to become an expert in a day. It’s to give the team enough practical experience to understand the technique, see where it might help, and decide what — if anything — they want to take further.
Format & logistics
